League Best Practices:
  1. Check for the CRRL Weekly Update Email each Monday at 9am (if it ends up in junk mail please move it to your primary inbox)
  2. Email your team and coach if you will miss practice and find a substitute rower to take your place.
  3. Arrive between 6:30pm-6:40pm to get parking (click here for overflow parking).
  4. Dress for the weather and always have a rain jacket with you (click here for rower cheat sheet).
  5. Get to know the other teams and rowers in the league with an after row beverage under the tent after practice!
    • Designate a different person to bring a  beverage each week and share with others

Welcome to the registration page!  This is where you can signup to row in Session 4 of the CRRL at CRI. If you know your team name and your practice night then you're good to go.
